What we collect on this website

• Waitlist email, if you give it. Used once, to tell you the app has launched, then deleted. Lawful basis: consent. Ask us to remove it at any time.
• Shoe requests: the text you typed when a shoe wasn't listed. No identifier is stored with it.
• Buy-link clicks: which offer was clicked and when. No IP address, cookie or identifier is stored.
• Visit statistics, if enabled: cookieless, aggregate page counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Your chosen shoe size is remembered in your own browser so you don't have to pick it again. It is not sent to us except as part of a price lookup.

Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies. Retailer sites you visit through a buy link have their own policies.

Where data is kept

Our database is hosted by Supabase in London. Pages are served by Fly.io.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of, or deletion of, any data we hold about you, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

The iPhone app

When it launches, the app keeps your runs and health data on your phone only. It is never sent to us, used for adverts or included in any request. The app will have its own notice.
